Pursuant to the First Amendment to Agreement, entered between SoftMaster and the City of Santa Ana,
the effective term thereof, shall be extended for an additional one-month period, through October 31,
2009. The City's purpose in extending the term of the First Amendment is to utilize all funds that have
been allocated for use during that term.
At the conclusion of the extended term, the Second Amendment to Agreement will become effective, in
order to provide uninterrupted service and payment for those services. All terms and conditions of the
Agreement, as amended, will remain in full force and effect, and you will be required to maintain required
insurance during the entire term of the Agreement.
