SELECTION OF FINANCIAL ADVISOR
RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Countywide Public Financing Authority
that the firm of PMG Financial Consulting, Orange, California, is designated as financial advisor
to the Authority.
I, the undersigned Chairman of the Countywide Public Financing Authority, hereby
certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the
Board of Directors of the Authority at a meeting thereof on the 9th day of June, 1999, by the
following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: member Representatives from the Cities of Buena Park,
Garden Grove, Orange, Santa Ana and Tustin
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
• ABSENT: PZember Representatives fromJ the Cities of Brea,
Fullerton, Seal Beach and Stanton
