("the Agreement") / Extension of Term
Dear Mr. McCann:
Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 3 of the Agreement referenced above, the term of the
Agreement is hereby extended from June 30, 2009, to and until June 30, 2010.
Except as provided in this letter, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.
