DISCUSSION The october 4a8 -December ~aa~ quarterly status report for the Housing Choice Toucher {~IC~T} Rental assistance Program pro~ridea statistic for the day-to-day acti~rities of the Santa Ana Housing Authority. The report is di~~.ded into three sections: waiting List, Partioipants, and Production. ait~.r~g ~~st ~ of Deoember 1, ~aOS, there were 9,~~1 individualsl~ar~~.lie on the waiting list, `the waiting list opened October 1, ~aa~, and cloyed No~rember a, ~a0~.
