AGENDA DERI~TI~N
The agenda descriptions provide the public vtirith ~ generai summary of the items of business to be
considered by the Housing Authority, The Housing Authority is not limited in any v~ay by the
Rec~mrnen~ed Action end may take any action vuhich the Authority deems to be appropriate on an
agenda item. Except as other~ris~ provided by la~v, no action shall be taken on any item not listed on
the agenda.
All supporting documentation for this agenda is available far public revie~r in the Clerk of the Council
office during regular business hours, 8:g~ a.m, - x:04 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Clerk's office
is located in City Hell, 2~ Civic Center Plaza, Room So9, Santa Ana, California, ~~~4} ~~7~~~~0. Late
materials received follovuing the pQSting of the agenda gill be available for viev~ing in the Housing
Authority meeting location during the session.
PUBLIC INPUT
AGENDA iTEI~ AND ITEMS GF P~JBLIC INTER~T -The City Council v~ill convene a point session
Frith the Housing Authority BHA} to receive public comments regarding any agenda iterr~s or items of
public interes# within the jurisdiction of the HA. All requests to speak shail be submitted in ~rriting by
submitting a speaker card to the Cierk of the Council. Requests to pak shall not be accepted after
the public cor~~r~t_eion_begin__v~~thogt pgrmision of the presi~ing officer.
During this public comment period, members of the pubic shall be given a fatal of three minutes to
speak on any and all nutters contained on the City Council agenda and any and all matters including -
items of public interest ~rithin the subjec# matter jurisdiction of all related Agencies meeting on the
same date.

PC~BL~~ HEARINGS -Members of the public shall be given three minutes to address the Housing
Authority for each duly noticed hearing, unless the matter i continued prior to taking public testimony. -
CGNSENT CALENDAR r
All matters listed under the consent calendar are considered to be routine by the Housing Authority
and gill be enacted by one motion Without discussion unless a member of the Housing Authority
"pulls" an items}from the consent calendarfor a separate vote.

All regular Housing Authority rr~eeting gill be televised and available for v~e~~ng on the City's ~reb
page live or taped delayed, Meetings held in the Council Chamber or other designated locations
v~rhich are teievised five on CTll3 Time ~Ilarne~ Ga~ie v~ill be cablecast Mondays at G:~~ p.rn.,
Tuesdays immediately follo~ring the Housing Authority meeting at 9:gD a.m,, ~lednedays at .O~
p.m., and Sundays at ~:g0 p,m. Meetings held in locations that do not have a live cable feed gill be
video taped and shovun an CTV and the City's ~vebsite one day follov~ring the Housing Au#hority
meeting,
DD copies of the Housing Authority meetings for loan uvill be available for pubiic circulation at the
Santa Ana Main Library the day of#erthe Housing Authority meeting.
