Re: Extension of Agreement#A-2021-159 to Provide Towing & Storage Services
Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term'') of the above-referenced Agreement, entered into by B&D Towing, Inc.
("Contractor") and the City of Santa ;Ina, dated August 17, 2021, the time period of the Agreement,
previously extended under the 2nd Amendment to the Agreement (A-2.024-1I5), is hereby further
extended for an additional and final one-year period through August 31, 2026. Any insurance
certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other terms and
conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
