air .;; MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE SANTA ANA POLICE
BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION FOR FISCAL YEARS
1985-86 AND 1986-87 .
The "Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of
Santa Ana and the Santa Ana Police Benevolent Association for
Fiscal Years 1985-86 and 1986-87" , executed January 20 , 1986 ,
is hereby amended in the following particulars :
1 . ARTICLE V, Section 2 is amended to read as follows :
"Section 2. Shift Differential , Non-Sworn Personnel .
Employees in the classes of Police Services Dispatcher
and Police Communications Supervisor who are continuously
and regularly assigned to a schedule of work which
requires that they actually work a minimum of four and
one-half ( 4-1/2 ) hours between the hours of 5 :00 P.M. and
7 :00 A.M. will be paid a shift differential at a rate
set ten ( 10 ) salary rate ranges ( 5.0% ) above their then
current base montly salary step. "
2. In Exhibit B , the line beginning "Police Communications
Supervisor" is amended to read as follows :
"Police Communications Supervisor 480 ( 2169-2637 ) 494 ( 2322-2824 ) "
