Open&Closed Cases/Matters $4,320
Based upon Subscriber's estimate that Subscriber will have an average of up to 120 open cases and matters
in the system in any given month. Additional open cases/matters will be charged $3.00 each per month.
A closed case/matter fee of$.20 per case per month will be waived. The number of open cases/matters per month is
determined by the average number of open cases/matters in the system during the month. Overages billed monthly.
*Additional Open Cases/Matters
On a monthly basis,additional open cases/matters above the 120 open case/matter maximum will be charged$3.00 per case/matter
per month.This average fee shall not exceed$4,320 per year.

*The total amount to be expended for this Fee Schedule shall not exceed$9,033,The amount includes the base amount of$8533
encompassing$4,213 for the annual fees and$4,320 for the open cases/matters fees as well as a contingency amount of$500
for fees/costs for open cases/matters overages and additional items and services requested during the entire term of this Agreement,
at the sole discretion of the City of Santa Ana.
