9 THIS AMENDMENT NO. 13 is effective this day of 2025
10 ("Effective Date"), by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, 550 South Main Street,
11 P.O. Box 14184, Orange, California, a public entity of the State of California (hereinafter referred to as
12 "AUTHORITY"), and the City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701
13 (hereinafter referred to as"CITY")
14 WITNESSETH:
15 WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No C-6-0069 dated June 12, 2006, as last changed by
16 Amendment No. 12 dated July fist, 2023, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into a cooperative agreement
17 for the Bristol Street Widening Project, hereafter referred to as"PROJECT and
18 WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to extend the term of the Agreement by twelve (12)
19 months to allow for the completion of the work and closeout of the PROJECT.
20 NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by the AUTHORITY and CITY that
21 Cooperative Agreement No, C-6-0069, is hereby amended in the following particulars only:
22 1. Amend ARTICLE 2.SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS, page 3 of 26, paragraph B, line 3, last
23 changed by Amendment No, 12 dated July 1st, 2023, to delete "December 31, 2025" as the expiration
24 date of the agreement and, in lieu thereof, insert"December 31, 2026."

1 The balance of Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069, as amended, remains unchanged.
2 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment No. 13 to Cooperative
3 Agreement No. C-6-0069 to be executed as of the date of the last signature below.
