THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the above-referenced agreement is entered into on March: 2026, by and between Prime Tech Cabinets, Inc. (`Employer") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California("City"). City and Employer shall collectively be referred to as "Parties" and singularly as"Party." RECITALS A. The Parties entered into Agreement No.N-2025-282("Agreement")on November 24,2025 to provide employment and on-the-job training to qualified participant(s) identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement. The term of the Agreement runs through June 30, 2026 and is current and in-effect. B. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to update the scope of services with Exhibit A-1 that includes collectively two trainees,and to increase the not to exceed compensation amount under the WIOA Program, The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section La., SCOPE OF SERVICES, is hereby amended to remove, in its entirety, Exhibit A to the Agreement and replace with attached Exhibit A-1, 2. Section 2, COMPENSATION, is hereby amended to increase the overall not to exceed amount by $9,020. The total amount to be expended under the term of the Agreement shall not exceed$17,600. 3. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
