RECOMMENDATION:
Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes that pursuant to the
Brown Act, the January 7, 2010 Agenda of the Regular Meeting was posted on
the door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza on
December 18, 2009 at 9:02 a.m.

5. Historic Resources Commission Comments
Commissioners welcomed Commissioner Laurence Hitterdale.
Commissioner Rogers inquired if self-nominations for Historic Resources
Chairman were allowed.
6. Excuse of Absences
Commissioner Bustamante moved to excuse the absence of commissioner
Villasenor. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Rogers and unanimously
approved by the Commission by a vote of 5:0.
