CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2010-05
10:34 a.m.
Vince Fregoso, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall
Ross Annex Conference Room 2001.
Also in attendance were: Ryan Hodge, Deputy City Attorney, Hally Soboleske,
Associate Planner, Yolanda Pena & Mike McCoy, Police Department, and Martha
Ramirez, Recording Secretary.
Associate Planner Hally Soboleske presented the staff report and recommendation.
There were no written communications. Ms. Soboleske was contacted by Ana Carricchi,
Latino Health Access, to express opposition with the alcoholic beverage control license.
The public hearing was open. No public members spoke. The public hearing was
closed.
• The Zonin Administrator took the action to refer Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-05 to

the Planning Commission as a public hearing item on August 23, 2010.
The hearing adjourned at 10:41a.m.
