Re: Extension of Amesnent No. A-2020-119 to provide administrative services
Pursuant to Section 20 (`Term of Agreement") of the above-referenced Agreement, entered into by
PARS and the City of Santa Ana, which commenced on June 2, 2020,the parties hereby exercise their
second and final option to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional one (1) year period
through June 30,2027. Any insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover
this extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged and in full force
and effect.
