INSURANCE NOT ON FILE N-2026-116 <br /> WORK MAY NOT PROCEED <br /> CITY CLERK <br /> DATE; MAY 2 7 7076 <br /> f4(,�Z) CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH ALL SECURITY AND THE <br /> �+Ssnta�nal�Z} CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR CORRECTIONS TRAINING <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this 17" day of May, 2026 by and <br /> between(All Security Enforcement Training, "ALL SECURITY", ("Consultant"), and the City of <br /> Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution <br /> and laws of the State of California("City"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The City desires to retain a Consultant having special skill and knowledge in the field of: <br /> ALL SECURITY is authorized by the California Board of State and Community <br /> Corrections (BSCC) Standards and Training for Corrections division to conduct <br /> corrections training including the Adult Correctional Officer Core Course. <br /> B. Consultant represents that Consultant is able and willing to provide such services to the <br /> City. <br /> C. In undertaking the performance of this Agreement, Consultant represents that it is <br /> knowledgeable in its field and that any services performed by Consultant under this <br /> Agreement will be performed in compliance with such standards as may reasonably be <br /> expected from a professional consulting firm in the field. <br /> D. CITY has availability in its Police Administration and Holding Facility to host training <br /> services; and <br /> E. The parties agree to utilize the Police and Holding Facility under the terms and conditions <br /> set forth herein. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the <br /> terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant shall perform during the term of this Agreement, the tasks and obligations <br /> including all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidental customary work required to fully <br /> and adequately complete the services described and set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> incorporated by reference. <br /> The training programs available to CITY are Adult Corrections Core Course, Supplemental <br /> Adult Corrections Core Course, and other courses certified by the BSCC. <br /> The train ings and services may be conducted at: <br /> Santa Ana Police and Holding Facility, 60 Civic Center Plaza, or other City of Santa Ana <br /> training sites mutually acceptable to the City and CONSULTANT. <br /> Page 1 of 9 <br /> #2176066v3 <br />
