The bullet could not be recovered during the initial scene <br />investigation due to the inability to contact the residents and gain access to the rear yard and <br />out building. <br />The following personnel from the Orange County Crime Lab (OCCL) responded to the <br />location to attempt to recover the bullet under FR# 12-55780: <br />• SUSAN MOORE Lead Forensic Specialist Assist <br />• RACHEL KAPP Forensic Specialist Sketch, Photograph <br />At approximately 0830 hours, OCCL personnel arrived on scene. At approximately 0835 <br />hours, OCCL personnel began processing the scene for the bullet. <br /> The bullet had penetrated one of the wood siding panels on the north side of the <br />structure. The penetration hole was approximately 4’2” above ground level (AGL). The siding <br />panel was removed and it appeared the bullet traveled through the wall insulation and <br />penetrated the interior wall.
