The following is a summary <br />of the interview. <br />During the early morning hours of Monday, September 10, 2012, was asleep <br />inside the upstairs guest room which is located on the west side of the residence when she was <br />awakened by (4) gunshots. looked out the guest room west facing window which <br />overlooks the south alley of 3005 South Bristol Street. She observed a male subject lying face <br />down on the ground in front of a truck. The male was not moving. Initially she did not observe <br />any police officers or police vehicles then several police officers arrived in their vehicles and
