I am not in agreement with outsourcing the parking citations to LAZ Parking. They are do not act in good faith
to us the residents. We should still be able to exercise our right to fight a parking ticket -this is still a
democracy.
Personally, I have been trying to resolve a parking ticket given to me in front of my home for over one year. I
have provided all of the information they require and as of this writing have ignored my request. We the city
have given them open authority to do as they please without any justification. And to think that my tax dollars
are paying to be treated in such a fashion - is bothersome to say the least.
It is only just for any resident within Santa Ana to fight a parking ticket which they feel was unjustly given.
Please demand that any agency you hire for parking tickets have a process to address this.
Enough is enough!
