HomeMy WebLinkAbout19-05804 CSI Report Martinez_RedactedOn 3-12-19 at approximately 0348 hours, I responded to the west alley of 1818 S. Evergreen for CSI on an OIS. On
arrival, I met with Sgt. Lizardi #2629, who requested that I collect a black bicycle that possibly belonged to suspect
Oscar Alvarado-Penaloza. I observed the bicycle to be a black, beach cruiser, no serial number, which was lying on
its side in the alley near the enclosed garages of 1818 S. Evergreen. I was assisted by Officer Collard who
transported the bicycle to the station for me at approximately 0406 hours and then relinquished the bicycle to me at
the station approximately 0421 hours. The bicycle was then booked into the bike locker at SAPD. For further details
