J. Rodriguez #2836 in regard to an Officer Involved Shooting (OIS) which occurred in the city of Santa Ana. Sgt. J. Rodriguez requested I respond to the area of 1800 S. &HGDU LQ RUGHU WR DVVLVW ZLWK WKH LQYHVWLJDWLRQ LQWR WKH VKRRWLQJ 2245 Hours: I entered the crime scene and checked in with SAPD Patrol Officer J. Peralta #3602. 2325 Hours: I attended a briefing conducted by OCDA Supervising Investigator Stan Berry. SAPD Patrol Sergeant O. Lizardi #2629 provided additional information in regard to the OIS including a Public Safety Statement as SURYLGHG E\ 'HWHFWLYH ( 6RORULR SULRU WR RXU DUULYDO 6JW /L]DUGL DOVR LGHQWLILHG 'HWHFWLYH ( 6RORULR DV WKH VKRRWLQJ RIILFHU LQYROYHG LQ WKH LQFLGHQW , ZDV DVVLJQHG WR FDQYDVV WKH ORFDWLRQ ZLWK 2UDQJH &RXQW\ 'LVWULFW $WWRUQH\ ,QYHVWLJDWRU - 0HUFDGR 2355 Hours: I did a walk-through of the OIS scene conducted.
