On 03/19/2019 at approximately 0945 hours, Detective Corporal McClaskey relinquished SAPD Package
number EP: 19-03207 (black LG touchscreen cellular phone) to my custody. He also provided me a copy of
a search warrant, which was signed by the Honorable Judge Nancy Zeltzer on March 18, 2019. The
cellular phone is listed on the search warrant to be searched.
I responded to the Orange County Regional Computer Forensic Lab in an attempt to unlock and extract
data from above listed phone. At approximately 1156 hours, I opened the evidence package containing the
phone. The phone was not able to be unlocked. OCRCFL personnel advised that they did not have a tool
available to bypass the password.
At approximately 1500 hours, I returned to phone to SAPD Evidence.
