On 03/11/2019 at approximately 2110 hours, I responded to the area of Occidental and Evergreen to assist with an
Officer Involved Shooting that had occurred. I arrived on scene and was instructed to standby a bicycle located in the
alley that was possibly involved in the incident. I was later instructed by Sergeant J. Mendoza #2934 to transport
Orange County Probation Officer L. Ibarra to the station. I left the scene at 2155 hours. I escorted Probation Officer
Ibarra to the third floor of the Santa Ana Police Department where his desk is located, and I waited with him until
