On 03/11/2019 at approximately 2104 hours, I responded to the area of 1818 S. Evergreen Street in reference to an
officer involved shooting. I arrived in the area at approximately 2109 hours and assisted with setting up perimeter tape
at Cedar Street and Occidental Street. While at the location I was tasked with transporting Officer Bodnar #3337 from
the scene to the Santa Ana Police Department at approximately 2129 hours.

At approximately 0318 hours I responded back to the scene to relieve Corporal Diego Lopez at his perimeter position.
