Narrative: Narrative
On Monday, March 11, 2019, at approximately 2107 hours, I responded to the west alley of 1800 S. Evergreen to
assist in an officer involved shooting investigation. Upon my arrival, I assisted by placing police tape in the walkways
leading into the alley. After I assisted with the placement of the police tape, I was assigned to a perimeter position and
was instructed to conduct traffic and crowd control. My first perimeter position was at the intersection of Occidental
and Cedar. I was later instructed by Sergeant Lizardi to assist with traffic control at the the intersection of Occidental
and Evergreen where I remained until I was relieved of my duties at 0410 hours.
