On 03/11/2019 at approximately 2102 hours, I responded to the area of 1818 S. Evergreen Street in reference to an
officer involved shooting. I arrived in the area and assisted with setting up perimeter tape on Evergreen Street,

and Cedar Street to ensure no unauthorized persons entered the scene. I remained at this post until approximately
0410 hours, when the scene was cleared.
