City of Santa Ana
ADDENDUM
One-Time Set Up Fees:
$100/attorney: 13 total attorneys;3 additional attorneys $300
Includes attorneys who benefit from the input of information into Jura Law and/or the resulting output.The total
number of attorneys will be reviewed and updated annually;charges will only be incurred for additional attorneys.
TOTAL SETUP FEES: $300
Annual Fee Updates:
Open&Closed Cases/Matters $5,400
Based upon Subscriber's estimate that Subscriber will have an average of up to 150 open cases and matters
in the system in any given month,Additional open cases/matters will be charged $3.00 each per month.
A closed case/matter fee of$.20 per case per month will be waived.The number of open cases/matters per month is
determined by the average number of open cases/matters in the system during the month.Overages billed monthly.
*Additional Open Cases/Matters
On a monthly basis,additional open cases/matters above the 150 open case/matter max"mum will be charged$3.00 per case/matter
per month.This overage fee shall not exceed$5,400 per year.
Outlook Calendar Integration($120 per email address): 20 email addresses $2,400
*The total amount to be expended for this amended Fee Schedule Addendum shall not exceed$10,133.Total fees under the current
agreement and this addendum encompass$4,863 for the annual fees and$4,770 for the open cases/matters fees as well as a
contingency amount of$500 to cover the costs for fees/costs for open cases/matters overages and additional items and services
requested during the entire term of this Agreement,at the sole discretion of the City of 5anta Ana.
City has paid$8533 for Agreement#N-2025-269 and shall pay the remainder of$1,100 within 30 days of the final execution of this
Addendum.
