RESOLUTION NO. 2026-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SANTA ANA REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2023- <br /> 093 AND SETTING COMPENSATION FOR CITY <br /> BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has City Boards and Commissions whose <br /> members carry out the various tasks delegated by the City Council to such Boards and <br /> Commissions or make recommendations to the City Council on various items within the <br /> purview of the Board or Commission; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2023-093 set compensation for all City boards and <br /> commissions, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana has now determined to <br /> dissolve five Boards and Commissions; and <br /> WHEREAS, there is now a need to remove the compensation provisions for the <br /> dissolved Boards and Commissions. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct and are hereby <br /> incorporated by reference. <br /> Section 2. Resolution No. 2023-093 is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> Section 3. The Santa Ana City Council hereby sets compensation for the <br /> following City Boards and Commissions as follows: <br /> A. Community development and housing commission. One hundred dollars <br /> ($100.00) per meeting, three (3) meetings maximum per month, plus twenty <br /> dollars ($20.00) per month automobile allowance. <br /> B. Personnel board. One hundred dollars ($100.00) per meeting. <br /> C. Planning commission. One hundred dollars ($100.00) per meeting, three (3) <br /> meetings maximum per month, plus fifty dollars ($50.00) per month <br /> automobile allowance. <br /> D. Police oversight commission. One hundred dollars ($100.00) per meeting, <br /> four (4) meetings maximum per month. <br /> E. Rental housing board. One hundred dollars ($100.00) per meeting, plus fifty <br /> dollars ($50.00) per month automobile allowance. <br /> Resolution No. 2026-032 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
