Dear Mr. Kearney:
On January 18, 2022, Focus Media Group, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana("City")entered into Agreement A-2022-
010,as amended,to provide installation, maintenance, repair, and advertising services for bus shelters, bus benches,
and kiosks in the City. In June 2024,Creative Outdoor Advertising of America acquired Focus Media Group, Inc.
On February 17, 2026, the City entered into a new three (3) year agreement with Creative Outdoor Advertising of
America(A-2026-019)to manage advertising programs at designated bus stops and shelters in the City of Santa Ana.
By entering into Agreement#A-2026-019,the parties intended for it to be the controlling agreement.
By operation of this lette , the parties hereby agree that the Agreement #A-2022-0I0, as amended, is hereby
termin ed,eff five as o t ate provided above.
