PERSONS WITH AIDS PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2008 - 2009

BUSINESS CALENDAR
Motion:
1. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to
execute the attached cooperative agreement between the City
of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa
Ana in the amount of $425,000 for a one-year term for the
implementation of the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance
Program, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the
Executive Director and Authority General Counsel.
2. Authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to
execute the attached cooperative agreement with AIDS Service
Foundation Orange County in an amount not to exceed
$12,000 for a one-year term to administer the wait list for the
Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program, subject to non-
substantive changes approved by the Executive Director and
Authority General Counsel.
