The January ADDS ~ M~ro~. 2008 quarterly status report for the Housing
~~.o~.ce ~Touoher ~H~T} Rental Assistance Program provides statistics for
the ~~~-to-day activities of the Santa Ana Housing Authority. The _
report i di~rided into three sections: baiting ~~.st, Participants, and
Production.
Waiting List
As of March 1, 2008 there ~rere 9, ~~7 individuals/fam.ilies on the
~aaiting list. The Baiting list opened Dotoer 1, ~OQ7, and closed
I~o~ren~ber ~ Q ~ ~ . charts 1 end ~ depict the ohar~cteristics of those
currently on the ~a~.t~.ng list .

Participating families pay ~ portion of their monthly rent based upon
their income and the payment standard for their unit. The Housing
authority pays the difference between the tenant portion and the
contract rent. This payment the Housing distance Payment {H~P~.
The average HIP far January through March ~~8 was 75 per unit. The
