recommended that the pausing ~utha~~.ty direct the Authority General
Counsel to prepare end authorize the E~e~uti~re Director and the Secretary
of the ~utharity to e~e~~te ~ Memorandum of Undertndig pith the pity
of Santa Any workforce Investment Board.

provide workforce de~relopment services for local adults, dislocated
workers, youth aid employers. The one-stop deli~rery system is ~ r~etwo~
of CIA mandated and aptioal partners who are responsible for providing
ser~rioes, a applicable, fog training and employn~e~.t opportunities
~.utharized by the Apt. The City of Santa Aga currently operates the ~~e-
top Center.
The Memorandum of Understanding ~CU~ provides far collaboration by all
of the one-stop partners and creates ~ seamless system of ser~r~.ce
