The loans offered include first time hamebuyer assistance American Dream Dawn-payment Assistance, "`ADDS"~, rehab loans for owner occupied historic single family, s~.ngle family and r~abile homes . There are four different mobile ham.e programs: Mobile Home Hardship Forgivable loan Program, federal n~powerent done Forgivable Loan Program, CalHame Mobile Home Rehab Loan Program, and a1Har~e Replaae~nent Loan Pragram.
