RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF MULTI-FAMilY
HOUSING REVENUE BONDS - WilSHIRE/MINNIE PROJECT.
Motion:
Adopt a resolution authorizing the issuance of multi-family housing
revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $16,000,000 for the
Wilshire/Minnie project and authorize the Executive Director of the
Housing Authority to execute all documents as necessary.
(Resolution No. 2007-003)
Eunice Bobert, Chief Executive Officer of the Orange Housing
Development Corporation spoke in favor of the item.
