Loan Ativit~ Applications the Housing Services Division offers rehabilitat~.on loan programs des~.gned for homebuyer assistance American Dream Dorn-- payment Assistance, "ADDI"} and the rehab of o~rner occupied historic single am.ily, single family and mobile homes. It is largely determined by the applicant to sub~.t the necessary paperwork. As of December, the principal balance was ~~ . million. ~'h~.s ,is comprised of 4~.4 ioans of which ~1 were deferred payment loans. T`he loan portfolio has generated ~08,~04 in repayments of principal and interest since the beginning of this fiscal gear. ~mpliane Monitv~~.ng fiver the years, the City a.nd Agency have received funds from various state and ~'edera~. programs . These funds each have specific restrictions and requirements. ~'he Division is responsible for ensuring that the projects are in compliance with these requirements, and that the units Meet the City's municipal code as it relates to hea~.th and safety requirements. It is anticipated that rental units gill be devela~ed for ver~r law and law-income fai~.ies. The number of units that will be develaed an the site has het to be determined. Mu1ti~~ite Inf~.ll In September, the I~ausing Division released a Request for ~ualifiaations far the developrent of thirteen sites throughout the pity, The process was .initiated by the distribution of ~ letter to morn than 100 develapers. A total of seven .Statement of ual~.fiaations were received. ~ team of staff mer~bers has reviewed and rated the submittals . The team wi~.l be checking references and znterviewing the tap three submittals.
