Fencing is installed within 24 hours, when necessary, to provide immediate public safety. Fencing is rented on a month-to-month, six-month or annual basis. On July 6, 2009, the City Council awarded a contract to S & S Rent-A-Fence for a one-year period with provision for four one-year renewals.
