The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss certain matters without members of the public
present. The City Council finds, based on advice from the City Attorney, that discussion in open
session of the following matters will prejudice the position of the City in existing and anticipated
litigation:

Property: +2.7 acres of Agency-owned land on the south side of Garden
Grove Blvd immediately west of the Santa Ana River-1600 Memory Lane,
Santa Ana.
Agency negotiator: Cindy Nelson, Agency Executive Director
Party with whom negotiating: VISTA DEL RIO HOUSING PARTNERS,
L.P., a California limited partnership
Under negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment of Sale of Property
