AND CITY OF SANTA ANA FLEET SERVICES

This is a proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the U.S. Postal
Service - Office of Inspector General (OIG), Pacific Area Field Office, and the City of
Santa Ana Fleet Service to acknowledge acceptance of quotation #1011-06,
appended to Contract/Order #6HQOIG-1 O-B-0097. We request that Santa Ana
Fleet Service install seven (7) radios of the eleven (11) vehicles listed in Quotation
#0910-1 and in one (1) of eight (8) cars in quotation #1011-06_ Provided below are
the VIN numbers of the eight (8) vehicles to receive radio installations.
