REVIEW OF PERMITTED USES IN THE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO.4 ZONING DISTRICT Determination by the Planning Commission of temporary trailers as an incidental and necessary accessory use within the Specific Development No. 4 (SD-4) zoning district. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the installation of temporary trailers within the Specific Development No. 4 (SD-4) zoning district for the Diocese of Orange and the YMCA of Orange County. Associate Planner Vince Fregoso provided the staff report and recommendation. Joe Novoa with the Diocese of Orange spoke in support of the project. Staff Comments Planning & Building Agency Executive Director Trevino thanked the Commission for their support and wished everyone a happy holiday season. 8. Planning Commission Comments Commissioner Munoz announced he accepted a full time position at Rio Hondo College in Whittier. Commissioner Mill encouraged consideration for affordable housing in Santa Ana. The Commission expressed their appreciation of the Renaissance Plan work study sessions, planning staff's support, and wished everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. 9. Excuse of Absences Commissioner Mill moved to excuse the absences of Commissioners Alderete and De La Torre.
