Filed by Jeffrey D. Hall, to allow a Type 47 ABC license (on-premise sale of beer,
wine and distilled spirits for consumption on a bona fide public eating place), to allow
S after-hours operation and to allow a banquet facility at the Chapter One Restaurant
at 227 North Broadway located in the Specific Development No. 84-Downtown
(SD84-DT) zoning district.

Commissioner Yrarrazaval
• Commented that the graffiti is not being removed on Bristol Street especially if
grafi:lti is on plastic; follow up with the Public Works Agency -Graffiti
Abatement.
• Requested information on use of white gravel as landscaping for parkways on
Bristol south of Edinger/McFadden. Public Works staff to respond.
