RESOLUTION NO. 2002-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING NEIGHBORHOOD
PROJECT REVIEW NO. 01-08 TO PERMIT THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENTAL ADDITION TO THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 906 SOUTH ROSS STREET IN
THE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 40 (SD-40)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds,
determines and declares as follows:
A. The Applicant proposes to construct a 242 square foot residential addition
at 906 South Ross Street in the Specific Development Zone No. 40 (SD-
40).
• B. Pursuant to the requirements of Specific Development No. 40,
Neighborhood Project Review No. 01-08 has been approved by the
Heninger Park Site Review Committee.
C. Santa Ana Municipal Code Section 41-593.5(c) requires the Planning
Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area
to ensure that the project is in conformity with the approved Specific
Development.
D. The Planning Commission finds and determines that Neighborhood
Project Review No. 01-08 is in keeping with the Heninger Park
Architectural Design Guidelines.
E. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed
project is exempt from further review. As such, Categorical Exemption
Environmental Review No. 02-176 will be filed for this project.

Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby approves Neighborhood Project
Review No. 01-08.
