HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002-05• Kdo/3/18/02 RESOLUTION NO.2002-05 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 2002-02 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1450 SOUTH AUTO MALL DRIVE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: A. Section 41-593.5(c) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code requires a review by the Planning Commission of all plans within a specific development plan area to ensure the project is in conformity with the Specific Plan. B. The zoning designation for the subject property is Specific Development Plan No. 60 (SD-60). C. Site Plan Review No. 2002-02 came before the Planning Commission of • the City of Santa Ana on March 25, 2002. D. The project is in compliance with all applicable development standards such as the Santa Ana Auto Mall Specific Development Plan and the Auto Mall Design Guidelines (SD-60). E. The project has been determined to be in compliance with applicable parking, landscaping and architectural provisions governing the project. F. As required by the provisions of SD- 60, this project was presented to the various members of the Santa Ana Auto Mall Dealers Association in order to obtain their approval of the project. After reviewing the project, the dealers association has fully endorsed this project G. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed request is not considered a project. No further action is required. • Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby approves Site Plan Review No. 2002-02 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. Date: ~ 'f, ~_- ~Vt, t ~'.~,,.. / t aru°ing Com ~ sion Secretary City of Sant~~ na r~ U Resolution No. 2002-05 Page 3 of 3 • Conditions for Approval for Site Plan Review No. 2002-02 Site Plan Review No. 2002-02 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following conditions of approval: The applicant must comply with each and every condition listed below rip or to exercising the rights conferred by this site plan approval. The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the life of the development project. Failure to comply with each and every condition may result in the revocation of the site plan review approval. A.
