RESOLUTION NO. 2002-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN
REVIEW NO. 2002-01 AS CONDITIONED FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1661 WEST SUNFLOWER
AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds,
determines and declares as follows:
A. Site Plan Review No. 2002-01 came before the Planning Commission of
the City of Santa Ana on February 25, 2002.
B. Zoning Designation is Specific Development Plan No. 48 (SD-48) was
adopted by the City of Santa Ana on March 6, 1989. SD-48 states ~in
Section 7, paragraph A(2) that "final architectural materials must be
reviewed and approved by the Planning Department prior to the issuance of
a building permit."
• C. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed
request is not considered a project. No further action is required.
Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana hereby
approves Site Plan Review No. 2002-01 as conditioned in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
ADOPTED this 25th day of February, 2002 by the following vote:.
AYES: Commissioners: Cribb, Doughty, Leo, Mondo, Nalle, Richardson,

• Conditions for Approval for Site Plan Review No. 2002-01
Site Plan Review No. 2002-01 is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable
satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, the
Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable regulations. In addition, it shall
meet the following conditions of approval:
The applicant must comply with each and every condition listed below, and the
applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below.
A. Planning Division
1. All proposed site improvements must conform with the Site Plan
Review approval of DP No. 02-03.
2. An additional exterior material, such as ledger stone or river rock,
must be incorporated into the project in order to facilitate the
architectural transition between the Village buildings.
