A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW
NO. 2001-11 TO AMEND THE APPROVED BUILDING
ARCHITECTURE AND SITE PLAN FOR THE ORANGE
COUNTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION LOCATED AT 1701
EAST STREET ANDREW PLACE IN SPECIFIC
DEVELOPMENT N0.69 (SD-69)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare as
follows:
A. Santa Ana Municipal Code section 41-593.5(c) requires the Planning
Commission to review all plans within a Specific Development Plan area to ensure that
the project is in conformity with the approved Specific Plan.
B. The applicant proposes to modify the site plan and architecture of the
• Orange County Federal Credit Union to add approximately 2, 421 square feet to the
corporate office building and approximately 727 square feet to the credit union branch
building.
C. Site Plan Review No. 2001-11 came before the Planning Commission for a
public hearing on November 13, 2001.
D. Based upon the evidence submitted at the public hearing, the Planning
Commission finds and determines that Site Plan Review No. 2001-11, which amends the
previously approved architecture and site plan of the Orange County Federal Credit
Union campus within PacifiCenter (SD-69), is compatible with the high level of quality
found within PacifiCenter.
Section 2. The Planning Commission approves Site Plan Review No. 2001-11.
