A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA APPROVING SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 00-07 FOR
MODIFICATIONS OF THE FACADE OF THE SANTA ANA HONDA
DEALERSHIP LOCATED AT 1505 SOUTH AUTO MALL DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AS FOLLOWS:
The Planning Commission does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
A. The subject property is located within the Specific Development No. 60 zoning
district, also known as the Auto Mall Specific Development Zone.
B. The applicant desires modify the front elevation of the Santa Ana Honda
dealership by modifying an existing outdoor display area canopy by constructing a four foot (4')
high decorative parapet wall.
C. In order to proceed with these modifications, the development must conform
with the California Building Code and Specific Development No. 60 guidelines.
• 2. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid meeting this Commission finds
and determines that the site plan, as proposed, is compatible with the architectural character and
design criteria for styles found in Specific Development No. 60 and, as conditioned, will not be
detrimental to the harmonious development of the City or impair the desirability of investment or
occupation in and around the Auto Mall Specific Development Zone.
3. Site Plan Review No. 00-07 is hereby approved, as set forth in greater detail in
Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Conditions of Approval
Site Plan Review No. 00-07 is approved subject to compliance, to the
reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with applicable sections
of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the
Uniform Fire Code, the Uniform Building Code, and all other applicable
regulations. In addition, it shall meet the following conditions of
approval:
The applicant must comply with each and every condition listed below prior
to exercising the rights conferred by this variance.
The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below
throughout the life of the development project. Failure to comply with
each and every condition may result in the revocation of the site plan
review approval.
