HomeMy WebLinkAbout1999-06~,° _~ ~ AY 0 4 2000 RESOLUTIONNO.99-06 ~, .T`i <~~ ; ,~,., ~~~ ~-~~• A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING NEIGHBORHOOD PROJECT REVIEW NO. 99-06 TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW TWO CAR DETACHED GARAGE WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 819 South Broadway, within the Specific DevelopmentNo. 40 zoning district, also known as Heninger Park Neighborhood District; WHEREAS, the applicant desires to construct a new detached two car garage at the rear of the residence; WHEREAS, in order to proceed with construction, the property must conform with the City's single family residential requirements and development standards, the 1995 California Building Code and the Specific DevelopmentNo. 40 Guidelines; and WHEREAS, the project came before the Planning Commission for review and recommendations onthe Consent Calendar of the Apri124, 2000, meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. Based upon the evidence submitted at the abovesaid meeti this Commission finds and determines as follows: That the proposed project, as conditioned, is compatible with the Heninger Park architectural character and the design criteria for styles found in the area and will not be detrimental to the harmonious development of the City or impair the desirability of investment or occupation in the neighborhood. 2.
