The City Council shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the
vote or abstention on that action of every member present.
MOTION:
CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 1 DECEMBER 15, 2010
1. Approve a severance agreement and mutual general release with
Joseph W. Fletcher, including a severance in the amount of $142,080
effective December 31, 2010. (AGMT NO. 2010-247)
2. Direct the City Manager and Personnel Services Director to develop a
Recruitment Plan and bring it back to Council for consideration.
