BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AND THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER
This Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Santa Ana (City) and the Santa Ana
WORK Center, describes the nature and evidences the agreement of the parties in determining the
fees for locating a computer learning center at The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center.
Term:
The Term of this Agreement shall commence July 1, 2010 and continue through June 30, 2011.
Terms and Conditions:
City has agreed to allow the Santa Ana WORK Center to occupy space on the 1 s` floor of The
Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (965.5 sq. ft. formerly occupied by Casa Santa Fe),
located at 1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Santa Ana, CA 92701.
Santa Ana WORK Center shall pay a user fee of $26,000 annually, payable at the rate of
$2, 166.67 per month. Said user fee includes exclusive use of space, janitorial services and
utilities, except telephones and any security equipment installed or required by the Santa Ana
WORK Center.
Santa Ana WORK Center will be responsible for securing any equipment required to operate the
computer center.
The user fee is due the first day of each month, payable to the "City of Santa Ana".
Both parties agree to the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding dated ? ? ? and
will implement it as set forth herein.
