RECOMMENDATION: Announce the Outstanding Historic Preservation Projects. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application Nos. 2005-01, 2005-02, 2005-03, 2005-04, and 2005-05. 2. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Register Categorization Nos. 2005-01, 2005-02, 2005-03, 2005-04 and 2005-05. Assistant Planner, Hally Soboleske presented the staff report and recommendation. The public hearing was opened. No one spoke, thus the public hearing was closed. Commissioner Schaefer provided a February 1930 picture showing the property at 1904 North Flower Street to be the first and only house on the street. He proposed that the residence be listed as Landmark. Architectural Historian, Leslie Heumann concurred with the revised classification. City staff requested continuance to the June 2 Commission meeting to research and confirm the findings. Additionally, Chair Giles suggested that since Stephen and Karen Amsler have occupied the house since 1986, it would be appropriate to hyphenate the name of the structure to Van Horn -Amsler House. Recommendation to change structure name to Price-Preston House for property at 2009-North Baker Street (HRCAIHRC 2005-0412005-04). 3.
