RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of October 8, 1 2. Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. *** Consent Calendar Items Motion to approve the Consent Calendar items. MOTION: Giles AYES: Kings, Berry, Corpin, Cribb, and Giles NOES: None ABSENT: Brenes, Chamberlain, Gartner, and Simons ABSTAIN: None Berry Discussion of Ordinance Amendment No. 99-04 Filed by the City of Santa Ana to create categories and critetiia for historical properties listed on the Santa Ana Register of Historical properties citywide. RECOMMENDATION Approve in concept the three tiered categorization approach presented. 2. Direct staff to prepare the implementing ordinance. Mr. Joseph Edwards, Principal Planner, discussed with the ommission the proposed ordinance amendment to categorize historical structures on the Santa A a Register of Historical Properties.
