Aouroval of the Minutes from the study session of Septem r 15, 1999. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of September 15~ 1999. ' 2. Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. *** Consent Calendar Items ** Motion to approve the Consent Calendar items with modific 'ons to the minutes. Historic Resources Commission Objectives for 1999-2000 The Commission and staff discussed, developed, and priori[' ed the objectives for the 1999- 2000 year. 4. Comments from the Historic Resources Commission. ', Commissioner Chamberlain provided a brief overview o conference that she attended. ' Commissioner Giles informed staff that the information inaccurate information regazding the Historic Resources Co that it is corrected. Commissioner Brenes apologized to the Commission far hi absence at the previous meeting. In addition, he informed the Commission that he would poss~bly miss some upcoming meetings ' due to accepting a teaching position at a local institution. 7. Oral Communications -Comments from the aublic. (For matters not listed on the Agenda) There were no oral comments. 8. Excuse of absence. Commissioner Brenes motioned to excuse the absences of ommissioners Berry, Simons, and Gartner. The motion was seconded and unanimously passed; 9. Adiournment.
