Subject: Notification that City Engineer is Reviewing Final Parcel Map No. 2006 -115 for
Approval
Pursuant to Section 34 -183 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, this memo provides
notice that the City Engineer has received Final Parcel Map No. 2006 -115 (City
Parcel Map No. 2006 -01), for 1316 -1320 North King Street (Exhibit 1), from the
owner, Chandrakant Patel, and is in the process of reviewing the map for final
approval. The parcels of this map are zoned for residential use. The Tentative
Parcel Map No. 2006 -01 was approved by the City Council on February 20, 2007.
The City Engineer shall approve or disapprove this map within 10 days after the City
Council meeting of July 18, 2011.
